Tis the gift - We live because we want to live: Singapore Bloggers award 2012

Was delighted to be invited back to the Singapore Blog awards 2012 organized by OMY @ The Flyer Food Trail on 21st July 2012 . This is my second year attending it and it also marks my 2nd year anniversary since I started blogging. (Starting on my old blog which I had to let go because of some glitches in the photo uploading). For this year, there were many new faces and bloggers which I felt was great because it gave them the extra boost they needed.
Ps: Blogger is an interest but it also takes time and effort to maintain it.
As mentioned in one the bloggers remarks
"Nobody is "just a blogger". We juggle multiple responsibilities - work, studies, family, friends, social activities, sleep, household chores. There is a time and energy cost (sacrifice) involved in each blog post published, video posted, or photograph uploaded."
To many, SBA 2012 might just seem to be an event but to us who blog, its a recognition of interest in the media world and also a reward to us who blog for interest and to share our life journey with others. And to all. its not a age generation thing. It for all ages! We have bloggers from all walks of life, from all ages... Stay tune!

To support the "Superhero" theme of the event : I came in full suit Buzz from Toy story. ( Actually I took it from my younger brother cupboard it was present for him from his friends - the mask and the gigantic gloves.)

Started off with a speech by Minister Heng Swee Keat (Minister of Education) who shared his thoughts on the blog scene and his well-wishes.
